ok, so i switched fones last week and sent a few emails to that email, and did receive a response email, but that was on friday and its now tuesday, and still no characters on my fone? anyone know what i can do?

Go to the lobby and type ACTIVATE: CHARACTER LOG. It brings up a log of all your characters and you can choose which ones you want to restore.
